Subvert uses Apple’s FCPXML file format to bring information into Final Cut Pro X. You can either generate a new FCPXML file that contains subtitles on an empty timeline or you can merge subtitles with an existing FCPXML, making Subvert add subtitles to clips that already exist in your library.
